BLAW 2003: Business Law

This course revolves around the basics of contract law, i.e., offer and acceptance, capacity, agreement, consideration, legality, form, defects in agreement, breach, and remedies. Sources of the law, torts, crimes, administrative law, courts, and court procedures are also examined. The application of these concepts to both personal and business problems is emphasized. 3 credit hours. Prerequisite: None.
